Open your Silva site on Objectis !

Objectis is happy to enable its users to open a Silva site Silva is a content production system for the web based on Zope (et not on CMF like Plone is), natively using XML, and able to store its documents directly on the filesystem (and not only in the Zope object database "ZODB").

Silva External Sources and Silva News are the installed extensions on the Objectis sites. We will open a FAQ on those products, to give a quickview on their usage.

Thanks to Gaël (Pilot Systems) for opening the Silva accounts on Objectis, and to our Silva specialist, Damien (Pilot Systems) :) And of course, thanks to Kit Blake and his wonderful team to enable us to access this XML CMS, which was missing in the Zope world.

Like the CPS (Collaborative Portal Server) sites, we limit the creation of Silva sites to 50 at a time, to be able to watch how the servers hosting those sites react to an increase of workload.
