Didnt receive account information

After i received a validation code i used it to create an account. The registration procedure pointed out that i will receive my account username and password at my email, thing that never happened. Is there a problem? Can you resend the email?

I received a username and password using a password recovery tool . I used webdavv to connect but i couldnt. Then i tried the login page but again i couldnt log in either. I would like some help with the access procedure. Thanks in advance
