Removal of account not happening

About one and a half months ago I requested the removal of thor.objectis.org (I want to apply later for a Plone 4 account) at http://www.objectis.org/support-en/remove_account/ and I got an automated response via email that the deletion would happen in the next days.
Unfortunately that never happened. What am I supposed to do now? Request removal again? Try to contact support directly?
