As noted at "https://tracker.objectis.org/1790" the appreciation I have for using Plone by way of Objectis continues as does my intent to contribute various forms of support (one monetary) but the reason for requesting another "instance" of Plone 3.1 (is 3.3 available) is not that I do not accept a challenge to attempt to resolve (as I have tried in vain) what I did to result in "loosing" the default Plone styling, particularly the "DIV" boxes and "column" layout.
- Though I know of ploneCustom.css (Plone Custom CSS)
- by way of http://plone.org/documentation/tutorial/working-with-css/css-quick-start and my own attempts at "trying to figure on my own" -- I enabled "debug" but could not get the simple CSS ("DIV" boxes) to take effect.
I then foolishly added both "inline" "DIV" CSS and "left" and "right margin widths" to "front-page" as well as tried inserting within added "
which got "boxes" around the standard default "DIVs" - leading me to think I overwrote the "DIV" boxes "visual_portal_wrapper or such). Also tried Web Developer https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/60 and thought about attempting to add "DIV" to "front-page" in hopes of restoring default styling but a bit to risky with limited (obviously) knowledge of what I am doing.
I tried deleting base.css and ploneCustom.css to no avail. Even tried deleting some other files in portal_styles (not wise).
Thank you,
