I use konqueror in Linux and FreeBSD and it works very well (if you have Manager permission on the folder you want) - I do not know how it is in Microsoft Windows because I never tried it - I don't know what application/software is WebDAV capable ! in Windows.

There is a small explanation here (left menu) in "Community" > "FAQ" > "My Account" > "How to connect to my account by FTP or WebDAV".
